Special Offer Terms

1. Unlimited number of users on Solar eCRMplatform (fair use rule applies)
2. This is an annual contract and will be renewed annually from the date of contract signed
3. The monthly fees are agreed as a special case at AUD $290 per month to be paid in advance of each month
4. The annual company fee of $900 is waived for first year
5. Unlimited email support. Special training, Telephone support and on-barding may be charged at $40 per hour
6. Renewal at the end of 1st year with CPI adjusted norms – max 10% increase
7. For Mysolartoolkit, Special offer at $450plus GST annual payable in advance (Optional)

Termination and reactivation terms

1. Contract termination will require payment of the balance of the year’s usage fees
2. If account is suspended due to non-payment or non-compliance any re-instatement action will require $1000 fee to be paid before reactivation.)
