User types comes with different access rights

The best part of Solar eCRM is that several levels of user types are associated with respective access rights to empower users and protect the integrity of data.

  • Corporate
    Typically, if you are a national company operating from several states or have franchise operations, then this user type will be a great boon to monitor and take full control of them in no time. It allows you to view consolidated data on all different modules like leads, quotes, orders and will be allowed to set-up sub-entities such as products, franchisees or state offices.
  • Company
    As a company user, you act as the top most authorised person in your business. You will have access to all the system functionalities as per your plan.
  • Sales offices or Franchisees
    Sales office or Franchisee users can be managed by a corporate user. Similar to a company employee the Franchisee or Sales office users will have access to most of the module features except to the key data which is managed by the Corporate users.
  • Administrator
    Considered to be the second most authorised person next to the Company user, an Administrator has access to most of the system functionalities as you plan and establish the settings.
  • Lead Generator
    With their main task being generating leads for your business, Lead Generators will be an essential user type to include in your team. They can also assign the leads to different Sales Reps in the system.
  • Lead manager
    If you need a user to manage your call-centre lead generation activities, then Leads Manager will be the right choice for this user.
  • Sales Rep
    Forming the core part of your sales force, Sales Rep users are best placed to manage leads and close sales. Apart from the assigned leads, they can bring in their own self-generated leads, create quotes and convert potential customers.
  • Sales Agency
    Typically representing a group of Sales Rep users, the Sales Agency user can manage a list of Sales Rep users under them. Furthermore Sales Agency users may access leads and quotes.
  • Installer
    To complete a job, the Installer user can install the solar system on the customer’s roof. Installers are restricted to access only your Installations module.
  • Stock User
    This feature allows you to alert your stock holding user about each order before installation. Restricted to very minimal functions, the Stock user can only access stock module to prepare inventory for shipping to each job.

  • Channel Management
    Managing multiple offices is a breeze with Solar eCRM. Such is the power of the system which not only helps you to have good control but also helps you improve efficiency across the board. If you have more than one sales office, then you can easily setup an account for each sales office under your management. You can also use levels such as Agency to identify and track a segment of market. Everyone working with you will use the same system and co-ordination becomes very simple.
  • Corporate level product pricing control
    In most cases, the list products & system packages of an organisation should be managed by its head office. The Corporate user can always define various products based on different promotions. The sales office may use all the products defined by head office and must use the prices specified by them in all their quotes.
  • User Activation
    The sales office can create users from the users list and can always activate/deactivate them at any point of time. This is important when an employee leaves your organisation for any reason.
