The lead generator can ask for the preferred time of contact for the lead while they are capturing it into the system. This can be helpful for the sales consultant to schedule their time effectively.
Once appointment date and time are set it is displayed in the calendar. Let’s say the customer says they’re OK to provide an alternative appointment time, then you can capture that as well and store it.
Assigning it to a sales rep
As you capture the lead, you have the option to assign it to your Sales Rep. A very significant part of this tool is it helps you to check the sales rep’s availability on the appointment calendar.
Once a lead is assigned to the Sales Rep, an email is sent, advising the lead contact details. The Sales Rep then accesses the system and may convert the lead into a quote while they are talking to the customer. You can always reassign the leads to another Sales Rep depending on availability.
