Connection Form
Connection form can be generated by clicking on “Print Connection form” from installation view page. Once the button is clicked, Connection form page will show and the following details can be filled to generate with Connection form.
Installation -> Customer name -> Print connection form
Distribution Network
Select the applicable Distributor.

| Total Installed Capacity | Enter total installed capacity which is total rating of all solar panels |
| Solar Inverter Power rating | Enter solar inverter power rating. This can be one hour or continuous rating |
| Solar Inverter Manufacturer | Enter solar inverter manufacturer |
| Solar Inverter Model Name | Enter solar inverter model name |
| Operating Manual Provided to Customer | Select yes if it is true |
| Instructed Customer in Operation of system | Select yes if it is true |
