Company Details
The first step after you sign-up would be the initial setup of your company details in your system.
Company Logo
Your Company Logo goes along with your quote email and contract pdf document.
Settings -> Edit Details -> Change Logo (Near logo) -> upload your logo
Note: Accepts Only the following image formats .jpg, .png, .gif
Company information
Company information includes name of your company/organization as known by your customer, contact details such as phone number, fax number (Optional), website address (Optional), ABN (Australian Business Number) is required, email id and your head office address.
Settings → Edit Details → Enter all required fields (Company name, Phone number, ABN, email id and Address.)
Note: You can enter your mobile number instead of a landline number.
STC Value
Renewable Energy Certificates(RECs) also known as Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) are a special financial instrument created to boost the amount of renewable energy being generated in Australia to 20% by 2020. They work by providing a subsidy for the clean energy generated from renewable sources, making it more economical to build and install green power. Initially the scheme was designed for the big end up town – large wind farms, hydro electric power and industrial scale solar plants.
The STC value is updated here and it is shown in your customers quote to calculate /show rebates. It is important to update your STC's value here everyday or as frequently as it changes.
Settings → Edit Details → Enter the Updated STC Value
Note: By default STC value is set as 23.00
Payment plan Premium value
When your customer ask for a finance plan option and you have a default interest rate 18% p.a., then you can update this field as 1.18. This is the multiplier used to calculate full price (RRP) using cash price.
Settings → Edit Details → Enter the updated Payment Plan Value
Note: By Default the value is set as 1.15 (15%).
Bank Details
Bank details are displayed in your quote which is to sent to the customer. The details include Account Name, BSB, Account number and Payment Reference (Transaction reference details).
Settings → Edit Details → Enter the Bank account details (Bank Details section)
Template color
The Template color is the “Solar eCRM layout color”. Currently there are 5 different color schemes to choose from to personalize your system. We are currently coming up with more color schemes for the future.
Settings → Edit Details → Enter the Bank account details (Bank Details section)
Note: By default red color is set as your Template color.
Documents Upload
There two different documents which you can upload namely,
Contract Document
Every quote template comes with a default contract document. You can upload your own contract terms and condition documents to go along with the quote if your contract terms differ. This contract document which you attach will used in all quotes.
Settings → Edit Details → Choose your file to upload
Note: On uploading a new contract document, the default document gets replaced.
Company Brochure
This brochure is more useful for marketing purposes. This can be any promotional activity, product update, etc. This brochure will be sent along with all the quote emails.
Settings → Edit Details → Choose your company brochure file to upload
Note: There is no default Company brochure attached.
