Quote Builder
Quote builder is the key module which helps in creating a professional quote. It has different kinds of analytic options to choose from. There are 2 different ways to create a quote. A lead can be converted into a quote or you can directly create a quote.
Convert a Lead to Quote
Leads -> Click on the name of the customer -> Create Quote
Add a new Quote
Quotes -> Add Quote
Edit an existing Quote
Quotes -> Click on the name of the customer -> Edit Quote
Customer Details
The sales representative can enter the customer details here.
Title
- First name of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts only alphabets
First Name
- First name of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts only alphabets
Last Name
- Last name of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts only alphabets
Home Phone
- Land-line contact number of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts only numbers
Mobile
- Land-line contact number of the customer
- It is an optional field
- Accepts only valid mobile numbers
Customer Email
- Email of the customer must be captured. This is important for long term contact with the customer
- It is an optional field
- Accepts only valid email ids
Send quote to customer Email
- If yes, quote email will be sent to customer email
- If no, alternate email box will appear and fill in the box to send the quote email to alternate email
Address
The sales representative can enter the customer's address here.
Street No.
- Street number of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts both numbers and alphabets
Street Name
- Street name of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts alphabets only
Suburb
- Suburb name of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts alphabets only
State
- State name of the customer
- It is a required field
- Choose any one from the list
Postcode
- Enter the postcode of the customer
- It is a required field
- Accepts numbers only
Comments
- Enter the comments of the customer's location
- It is text field
- Only 100 characters allowed
