Create a Sales Order in one click...

From Quote data and transfer to Orders Processing. Orders form a pulse of any business and it is important to have good order management system in place.

Order module helps you to manage operations of your solar business and in this Solar eCRM system it is done with additional focus on profitability and compliance.

Extensive query facilities are available to track orders in various stages, review performance by segments, trends, allocate orders for installation, check payments for collection, analyse per KW profitability by segments, by sales reps, by months etc.

So, how to create an order in a single click?

Click 'Place Order'

  • This is most common method used to create an order. When a quote is ready to be converted to an order, the sales rep will change the status of the quote to "Order sent." Once this is done, the admin user gets an email notification stating that a quote is ready for order processing.
  • Since "Deposit Amount" is a mandatory field to be filled in when placing an order, it is important that admin confirms the deposit amount paid by the customer before performing this action.

Click 'Add Order'

  • This is another method to create an order. In this method all the data is entered manually including the sales rep or sales agency related to that order.
  • Again, since "Deposit Amount" is a mandatory field to be filled in when placing an order, it is important that admin confirms the deposit amount paid by the customer before performing this action.

Allocate to Sales Agency

  • You can nominate the Sales Rep name and allocate the order.
  • Use Agency and Sales Rep data in a way that suits your business segmentation needs. It is a good way to manage performances and design sales incentive plans.
  • Capture Variable costs to focus on job margins

    • Capturing costs allows the system to calculate margins and profits at order level./li>
    • For instance, if you want to know how much your profit would be for an order, you have to break down the costs into various sub costs to arrive at profit from the job.
    • Say you have different variable costs such as installation cost, sales commission and finance /credit costs. All these costs can be entered as variable costs when an order is created.
    • From here on system will show the margin on a per KW basis
